CIPA participated in the first invitation-only pitch event for companies and project developers focused on energy organized by IN-VR. IN-VR is an energy promotion & advisory firm working with governments and businesses to solve energy challenges and capture new opportunities.
The forum hosted more than 150 investors from 30 countries. In attendance were private equity firms, Family Office representatives, global energy funds, banks, institutional investors, independent investors, Heads of NOC’s among others. Keynote speaker at the event was Christian Alexandras Synetos, an investment professional with BlackRock.
The two-day event included handpicked projects and assets in energy from various markets, with the selection done by a committee of high level energy experts. Day one was dedicated to bankable oil & gas assets for both producing and exploration opportunities while the second day focused on renewable and alternative energy opportunities that can help investors bring their energy portfolio closer to carbon neutrality.
CIPA’s invitation to this prestigious and exclusive event comes on the back of the growth of its energy efforts locally in Ghana and on the African continent. Through several successful consultancy and advocacy engagement for governmental and private businesses in recent years. The event opened the opportunity for CIPA to extend and renew its extensive network of assets globally.
